1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon melted butter (or other type of oil)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
sprinkle of salt
First, take 1 cup of pumpkin seeds and toss them with the remaining ingredients above. After properly mixed, place the seeds onto a greased baking pan. Bake the seeds at a temperature of 300 degrees for 50 minutes. To prevent any sticking or burning, mix the seeds often. Once a brown pigment, take the baked seeds out of the oven. Remove the seeds off the pan to cool and enjoy your delicious snack!
